1. Preheat oven to 350F. Rip sausage up into small chunks and fry in a frying pan until seared well.

2. Measure out wet ingredients and mix well, then measure out dry ingredients in a separate container, combine well

3. Mix together the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add sausage and mix again.

4. Measure out batter between 14 WELL GREASED muffin wells. Bake for 20-25 minutes. If you don’t have 2 muffin pans, do each batch one at a time.
