First I mix together the Milk, OJ, Yogurt, Flax, Walnuts, and Oatmeal. I slowly add the frozen ingredients as to not bog down the blender and I throw in the protein powder last. Make sure not to over blend the shake or else it will start to have a whipped consistency as opposed to that of a frozen drink. Enjoy!
