Sequence Step
1Saute chopped onion in hot oil in Dutch oven.
2Add chopped zucchini, dill weed, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. simmer for 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Cool slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3Puree in blender or food processor in small batches.
4Serve either warm or chilled.
