Recipe Description It's hard to bake gluten free without having high fat or excess butter in the recipe. This ones replaces the flour with black beans, and you can't even tell the difference. (I've actually had people prefer them over regular brownies!)

can (15 oz)black beans, drained and rinsed

cupcocoa powder

teaspoonINSTANT coffee GRANULES

cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 8x8 glass baking dish.
2Combine eggs, beans and oil in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
3Add in cocoa, salt, vanilla, baking powder, sugar, coffee and half of the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
4Pour into baking dish, Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake for 30-35 min, until top is dry and edges pull away from sides.
