Saute onions about 5 to 6 minutes til translucent, add tomatoes and 2aute 2 more minutes. Add basil and marjoram and salt and pepper.

Take 2 gratin dishes and spray with cooking oil and add 2 tablespoons white wine to each dish. Place 6 ounce fillet into each dish and top with onion and tomato mixture.

Cut small pieces of remaining butter and top fish on each dish. Place in over from 12 to 15 minutes or until flaky. Serve.
