Recipe Description coarsely chop sausage, brn in olive oil, add 1/2 tsp thyme and pepper, ad 3 cups of chicken broth and 1/2 cup heavy cream, bring to bubbling, stir in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and simmer until cheese is melted...awesome and low carb!!!

2add 3 cups chicken stock and 1/2 cup heavy cream and bring to bubbling
