1Place chicken broth, water, white beans, leeks, carrots, 1 Tablespoon of chicken base, pepper and basil in a large pot. simmer gently for 20 minutes. Once soup has simmered for 20 minutes, add tomatoes and zucchini. Simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve soup with sprinkled Pamesan cheese, if desired.
