Recipe Description Delicious cool or toasted, since the whole wheat flour imparts a sweetness which is enhanced delicately by a little bit of honey. Bear in mind if you permit the sponge to rise for 10+ hrs your bread will have a lovely spring to it. Overall preparation of this bread is a 16+ hr project...but well worth it and simple.

Sequence Step
1Dissolve yeast in water. Mix flour using spatula to make moist stiff, wet dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave room temperature to rise 5 hours (I found 10 was best)
