Steps
Sequence Step
1In a food processor bowl or whipping bowl, blend: eggs, water, extra virgin olive oil, Real Salt.
2Stop mixer and add Kamut flour all at once.
3Jog with spring loaded switch to mix in flour just until crumbly and about the size of popped popcorn.
4Oil all parts to the meat grinder and attach to DLX. Feed dough into the meat grinder cutting pasta in desired lengths.
5After all pasta is extruded, drop into boiling water for about 2-4 minutes, stirring lightly to separate.
6Water should have 1 Tbs. salt and 1 Tbs. oil in it.
