In a food processor bowl or whipping bowl, blend: eggs, water, extra virgin olive oil, Real Salt.

Stop mixer and add Kamut flour all at once.

Jog with spring loaded switch to mix in flour just until crumbly and about the size of popped popcorn.

Oil all parts to the meat grinder and attach to DLX. Feed dough into the meat grinder cutting pasta in desired lengths.

After all pasta is extruded, drop into boiling water for about 2-4 minutes, stirring lightly to separate.

Water should have 1 Tbs. salt and 1 Tbs. oil in it.
