Place hot water, oil, honey, salt and lecithin in your mixer or bowl. Mix together some

Add 1/2 of the flour into the liquids. Add the yeast and mix.

Add the remaining flour. If you plan on making loaves or rolls, use all the flour. If you plan on rolling the dough to use for stuffed breads, cinnamon rolls, garlic rolls, etc; then reserve 1 cup and use it to roll with.

Knead with machine for 8 minutes or by hand for 20 minutes. Let rise until double, usually 45 minutes.

Punch down and form into your desired product. Let rise until double again.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes for breads, 20-25 minutes for rolls or until golden brown on top.

Let stand for 10 minutes and remove from pan. You can brush with melted butter with seasonings, oil with seasonings or just leave plain.
Add melted butter. Stir with whisk and put on dough. Roll dough up and cut into rolls.

You can add chopped nuts of all kinds, but I find the more their chopped the better the taste (although I LOVE whole nuts!). You can add raisins or other dried fruit too!

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
