cupPearsauce or Applesauce Unsweetened, homemade or canned

teaspoonsor 18 packets Stevia or 3/4 cup of Agave Syrup

cupsKamut flour, organic (1 3/4 cups of fresh ground Kamut Grain)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Remove the bread an from the bread machine and insert the kneading paddle.
2Measure the ingredients into the bread machine pan.
3Measure the dry ingredients into a separate bowl, stir to combine and gently pour over the top of the wet ingredients. Do Not Stir.
4Return the bread pan to the bread machine making sure it locks in.
5Set the bread machine to Quick Bread, Rapid or the setting on your machine that is about 1 1/2 hours of time.
6When the cycle completes check the bread by inserting a knife into the middle. The knife should be clean when it is pulled out of the middle of the loaf. If it is not clean then set the bread machine to Bake and check every 15 minutes. The loaf is finished baking when the knife comes out clean.
7Turn the bread out onto a cooling rack to cool.
8Slice and Enjoy!
