1Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2Add water and mix just enough to wet flour.
3Cover and let sit for twelve to eighteen hours.
4Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
5Place risen dough on a floured surface and fold over into simple ball.
6Place dough in covered pre heated pot and put in oven.
7Remove lid after fifteen minutes.
8Remove bread after thirty minutes or when well browned on the outside and let cool.
