Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute onions and mushrooms in a nostick pan with a little water until soft
2Add chicken broth and spinach. Cook until broth evaporates and spinach is wilted.
3Put vegetables in bottom of pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Sprinkle with half the cheese.
4beat eggs, egg whites, yogurt, and seasonings until well mixed. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5Bake quiche at 325 degrees for approx 40 minutes until set.
