To prep: quarter and slice zucchini; chop green onions; finely chop herbs

In a saucepan, add zucchini, chicken broth, green onions, salt, pepper, dill weed and chives to taste.

Cook mixture until soft, approximately 20-30 minutes.

While vegetables and herbs are cooking, blend the cream cheese and sour cream in a blender until smooth.

Then blend into cooked vegetable/herb mixture, a portion at a time, until smooth.

Chill overnight.

Optional: Garnish with chopped chives and/or paprika.
