Steps
Sequence Step
1To prep: quarter and slice zucchini; chop green onions; finely chop herbs
2In a saucepan, add zucchini, chicken broth, green onions, salt, pepper, dill weed and chives to taste.
3Cook mixture until soft, approximately 20-30 minutes.
4While vegetables and herbs are cooking, blend the cream cheese and sour cream in a blender until smooth.
5Then blend into cooked vegetable/herb mixture, a portion at a time, until smooth.
6Chill overnight.
7Optional: Garnish with chopped chives and/or paprika.
