Recipe Description this is a new reicpie for me- just created it to deal with my new dairy allergies. I really liked it and ate all the leftovers :)

Steps
Sequence Step
1cook pasta- keep hot
2heat oil
3add chicken (cut up)onions and garlic. cook chicken
4add almond milk and carrots- cook a few minutes
5add brocoli and cover until it is cooked to just soft
6mix cornstarch with salt, garlic powder, yeast and pepper, add just enough almond milk to stir it all into.
7add cornstarch mix to chicken, stir in gently and heat until bubbly.
8serve over pasta
