In a large bowl, combine beef with bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Form into 2 inch balls.
Place meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Combine tomato paste, broth, seasoned salt, oregano and basil. Pour mixture over meat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 1/2 - 5 hours.
Stir in cooked vegetables. Cover and cook on HIGH 10-15 minutes or until mixture is hot.
