Mix flour, soda, and spices in a large bowl.

Soak raisins in warm water.

Mix egg, applesauce and sugar then add vanilla and oil. Stir into flour mixture only until moistened. Drain raisins and quickly fold zucchini and raisins into batter.

Put in muffin cups and back 15-20 mins. at 350 degrees
