cup, pieces or slicesraw sliced mushrooms

fliud ounceswhite wine

cupchicken broth or stock

tablespoongrated parmesan

tablespoonsheavy cream

tablespoonparsley, minced fresh
Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil pasta as per package (4-5 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
2Heat butter and olive oil in large saute pan.
3Add celery, shallot (or onion) and cook 3 minutes.
4Add fresh mushrooms and cook till lightly browned.
5Add turmeric, paprika.
6Add wine to deglaze pan. Cook 1-2 minutes.
7Add chicken broth and 1/2 cup reserved pasta liquid.
8Add cooked chicken or turkey and heat through.
9Add cooked noodles.
10Stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan ( or asiago)
11Garnish with parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
