Recipe Description
This recipe makes about 10-12 servings. Simmer for at least two hours. I like to add lots of cayenne pepper, but did not include in this version.

green pepper chopped

Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

cans (29 oz) (401 x 411)
tomatoes canned, diced

soy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

Brown beef, use a little olive oil if wanted

Chop garlic, onion, green and red peppers.

Throw all ingredients together in big pot.

Add two cans tomatoes -- best are whole Italian plum.

Add oregano, black pepper, and (if not already added) garlic.

Simmer on low heat at least two hours.

Serve over rice.
