| 1 | Brown beef, use a little olive oil if wanted | 2 | Chop garlic, onion, green and red peppers. | 3 | Throw all ingredients together in big pot. | 4 | Add two cans tomatoes -- best are whole Italian plum. | 5 | Add oregano, black pepper, and (if not already added) garlic. | 6 | Simmer on low heat at least two hours. | 7 | Serve over rice. |
