Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.

Mix remaining ingredients into dry, mix well. Additional milk if thinner pancakes are desired.

Drop about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbles appear and begin to pop on surface of pancake.

Flip pancake and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite fruit or sugar free syrup.
