slice the peppers in half lengthwise and clean out seeds and stems. In a large pot of boiling water, boil them for 2-3 minutes each and remove to a casserole dish. Remove casings from turkey sausage and brown together with the chopped onion. In a separate pot, boil off 1.5 cups of rice with 3 cups water. Add cooked rice to the sausage/onion mix and add a whole jar of spaghettis sauce and half the cheese. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture and top with the rest of the cheese. Add crushed red peppers, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, italian season, etc. to taste. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
