Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat griddle (to medium-high heat / 350°) until drops of water spatter.
2While heating griddle, mix: quinoa, egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 banana. (If you have one, a blender makes it more smooth.)
3Test griddle, coat with vegetable oil cooking spray.
4Pour three pancakes. Flip each once, until firm, about three minutes each side.
5Garnish with yogurt, 1/4 sliced banana, nuts, and syrup.
