Add broth to soup pot and bring to low boil

Add onion, celery, mushrooms, salt, pepper, wild rice, and hot pepper sauce. Return to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch in about 1 cup of the hot broth and return it to the soup pot.

Add meatless recipe crumbles to soup pot. Return soup to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Add fat-free half and half to soup pot and gently warm soup to desired temperature.

Let soup sit so flavors can merge. Slowly reheat and serve.
