Combine Feta, Ricotta, Sundried tomatoes(chopped into small pieces) basil and most of the garlic.

Trim chicken breasts and make a slit in the thickest part of the breast to make a pocket.

heat oil in a pan and brown breasts on presentation side only. Remove from pan

fill pocket in breasts with cheese mixture, rub the rest of the garlic onto breasts.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 155.
