1prepare vegetables and measure reamining ingredients
2cut chicken thighs in 1 inch chunks
3in a large stock pot over medium heat, saute the onions, celery, carrots, sausage and chicken until the meats are cooked and the vegetables are tender
4Add all remaining ingredients, cover and cook at least one hour, stirring occasionally
