Steps

1wilt spinach
1combine all ingrediant except spinach in med bowl
2Wilt spinach, place in heated saute pan and pour broth , water or wine over it. stir as the steam rises
3Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach, add to the bowl with the rest of the ingrediants
4mix all ingrediants well
5Turn meat mixture into loaf pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temp is at least 155
