| 1 | wilt spinach | 1 | combine all ingrediant except spinach in med bowl | 2 | Wilt spinach, place in heated saute pan and pour broth , water or wine over it. stir as the steam rises | 3 | Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach, add to the bowl with the rest of the ingrediants | 4 | mix all ingrediants well | 5 | Turn meat mixture into loaf pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temp is at least 155 |
