Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook soba noodles to al dente and set aside.
2Blanche green beans and set aside.
3While pasta and green beans are cooling, whisk dressing ingredients -- lime juice, 3 T fish sauce, chili sauce, sugar, bragg''s and sesame oil.
4Mix remaining salad ingredients (reserving chopped peanuts), with noodles and green beans and toss with salad dressing.
5Topped with chopped peanuts and serve.
