In a blender puree cottage cheese, buttermilk, mustard, cayenne, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and half

In a bowl, combine the pureed mixture with the chicken, chard, onions, cheddar cheese, and uncooked macaroni.

Pour macaroni mixture into a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine panko bread crumbs and parmesan. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
