Recipe Description
Make these pancakes into little medallions or regular 4 inch pancakes. Whatever which way they have a tender crust, are light, and practically melt in your mouth. Top with some coconut butter frosting or your own version of powdered sugar.

In separate bowl whisk together all dry ingredients
