This is the simple classic recipe for mayonaise. You can add subtle flavours for that special taste. I have specified safflower oil but any of your favorite oils will do.
To the bowl of your food processor or blender add all of the ingredients except the oil.

Turn on food processor or blender and let run for 10-15 seconds. Then, while still running, slowly dribble in the two cups of oil. You should observe the mixture thicken as you slowly add the oil.
