Defrost and Season tilapia with salt and pepper

In a bowl mix up corn meal (Ground Fritos or Corn chips works better) cumin and salt and pepper.

Dip Tilapia Fillets in Lime Juice and roll into crumb or corn meal mixture, place on sprayed sheet pan and bake until done.

While Tilapia is baking dice all jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, and mix together with a little more lime juice.

Plate done and crispy Tilapia, and top with Pico de gallo Mixture. A Little Shredded Cheddar Cheese could be added if wished.
