tomatoes canned, diced

feta cheese

oregano- to taste

Bring water mixed with v8 juice to boil and add couscous and simmer until aldente

Pour all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir

Pour Hot Couscous over other ingredinets and toss to mix.

Pan and Could garnish with Fresh diced tomato. Shrimp, Chicken could easily be added to the top of this dish. Can be served hot or cold.
