Beat the almond butter with egg yolks, then add 3 drops of liquid stevia, apple cider vinegar and almond milk. Use an electric mixer (hand or stand).

Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until peaks form.

Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Make sure oven is completely preheated before adding the egg whites and the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat until combined.
