Brown meat with Italian Seasonings and more spices if needed.

Add fresh mushrooms to the meat and cook until brown and tender.

In each muffin pan, lightly spray each hole and put a wonton wrapper in each muffin spot.

Add a scoop of ricotta cheese to the wonton wrapper.

Next add the meat and mushroom mixture.

Add a small scoop of sauce to the cupcake.

Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Put a wonton wrapper on top to close off the cupcake.

Bake for 18-20 minutes in an oven set at 350-degrees.

If not serving immediately, allow to cool and then remove from muffin tins. Put in a freezer ziplock bag and freeze.

DO NOT OVERFILL. If you over fill the sauce in each cupcake, you will have a very difficult time removing each cupcake from the muffin pans.
