Sequence Step
1Oven 350, then high broil Mix flour, flax and cheese, herbs and s/p in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg and oil, pour into dry mixture, stir till mixed. Form small balls of dough in hand, then flatten in palm to less than 1/4", place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350, then turn on broiler to high, broil crackers for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until just browned and crispy. Remove and let cool on a rack-enjoy :)
