1Combine lentils,vegetable broth, tomatoes and seasoning in large pot and bring to a boil. Turn doen heat to a simmer
2Saute carrots ina large non-stick skillet with a little stock then add onion
3Adjust seasoning. This is when you can change it up by adding favorite salsa or Cajon seasoning, or basil.
4Soup''s on when lentils are still aldente***do not let them get soft and mushy
