Sequence Step
1Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add salt and pepper.
2Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, making sure skillet surface is coated. Pour beaten eggs into skillet. Sprinkle 1" pieces of asparagus and 1/2 cup of 1/2" cubed salami onto eggs.
3When bottom is browned (about 7 to 10 minutes) and top still soft but set, slide onto large plate, then flip over back into skillet. Cook for approx. 5 minutes more. Slide back onto plate and let set for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into 6 and serve with green salad.
