| 1 | Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Take chicken breasts. Remove any excess skin, cut into halves, and pound them between two sheets of plastic wrap until they are close to 1/4 inch in thickness. Place in shallow 13"x9" baking dish. | 2 | Add a small amount of water (enough to cover bottom of dish) to the baking dish. | 3 | Splash one tablespoon of lime juice onto each piece of chicken. | 4 | Place one tablespoon of minced garlic on each piece of chicken. | 5 | Sprinkle one tablespoon of bread crumbs over each piece of chicken. | 6 | Splash one tablespoon of olive oil over the breadcrumbs on each piece of chicken. | 7 | Bake chicken at 350 degress for about 30 minutes. Slice open chicken breasts to make sure that they are cooked all the way through. |
