1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Take chicken breasts. Remove any excess skin, cut into halves, and pound them between two sheets of plastic wrap until they are close to 1/4 inch in thickness. Place in shallow 13"x9" baking dish.
2Add a small amount of water (enough to cover bottom of dish) to the baking dish.
3Splash one tablespoon of lime juice onto each piece of chicken.
4Place one tablespoon of minced garlic on each piece of chicken.
5Sprinkle one tablespoon of bread crumbs over each piece of chicken.
6Splash one tablespoon of olive oil over the breadcrumbs on each piece of chicken.
7Bake chicken at 350 degress for about 30 minutes. Slice open chicken breasts to make sure that they are cooked all the way through.
