1Preheat oven to 425
2grease 9 inch square baking pan
3Combine cornmeal, wheat germ, flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in large mixing bowl
4In another mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs, stir in cream style corn and olive oil.
5Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until blended.
6Spoon into prepared baking pan.
7Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cornbread springs back when lightly touched.
