Combine cornmeal, wheat germ, flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in large mixing bowl

In another mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs, stir in cream style corn and olive oil.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until blended.

Spoon into prepared baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cornbread springs back when lightly touched.
