Steps
Sequence Step
1Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine butter, molasses, honey in a large bowl and add yeast. Mix well.
2Gradually add flour to form a soft dough and turn onto floured surface, Knead until smooth, cover and let rise to double its size (about 1 hour).
3Punch down and let rest a few minutes.
4Divide into 2 portions and form loaves. Let rise in well-greased loaf pans until above lip of pans (about 1 hour).
5Bake 35-40 minutes at 375F.
6Turn out of pans to completely cool.
