Fresh Spring Rolls with lots of protein, low calories, low carbs and low healthy fats. Wash and pat dry all raw vegetables.

Hydrate rice paper wrapper slightly and fill with all except, peanut butter, lime jus, water.

Mix water with peanut butter and a few drops of lime jus till smooth enough to use for dipping.
