clean waxed beans

blanch waxed beans

cook blanched beans in just enough salted water to cover

prepare a rue - heat oil in a shallow pan

press garlic into heated oil and saute for a few seconds on medium heat

add two tablespoon of flour and slightly grown - with care

let it up with some water and from the cooking liquid from the beans

when beans are cooked mix in the rue and let it cook for 3 to 5 min

when served add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and some more sour cream
