cook jumbo pasta shells for about 9-10 minutes; drain on wax paper and let cool.

heat oven to 350 degrees

in large skillet brown the meat; then drain.

mix together in large bowl :
meat ( ground in more finely in blender first for smoother texture), eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.

Fill each shell with about 2 TBSP of meat filling.

spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan (9x13)

place filled shells in prepared dish, cover with remaining sauce.

sprinkle with extra cheese if desired

cover with foil to bake for 45 mins or til hot and bubbly.
