Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.

Combine water, worcestershire, tomato paste, garlic and hot sauce. Pour over meat.

Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours.

Transfer meat to platter, cover to keep warm.

Strain liquid and put in saucepan. Add cornstarch which has been combined with water, stir into liquid.

Cook until thickened.
