Sequence Step
1Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.
2Combine water, worcestershire, tomato paste, garlic and hot sauce. Pour over meat.
3Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours.
4Transfer meat to platter, cover to keep warm.

6Strain liquid and put in saucepan. Add cornstarch which has been combined with water, stir into liquid.
7Cook until thickened.
8Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
9Add horseradish and salt.
10Serve.
