Steps
Sequence Step
1Rinse, drain and sort pinto beans.
2Place beans and onion in a lightly greased 5-7 quart slow cooker.
3Rub taco seasoning evenly over pork butt roast.
4Place over beans in slow cooker.
5Add water.
6Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
7Shread meat.
8Stir in tomatoes and green chilies.
9Save 3 cups for mexican pork and bean nachos.
