Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium high heat; sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
3Brown chicken 3 minutes on each side; transfer to a roasting pan.
4Arrange onions and potatoes around chicken; sprinkle with rosemary, garlic and remaining salt and pepper.
5Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
