Cook pasta according to pkg directions; set aside and keep warm.

Sprinkle chicken with Creole seasoning.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add chicken, bell pepper, and onion.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and vegetables are tender.

Stir in tomatoes and garlic; cook 1 minute.

Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken and vegetables from skillet.

Add wine to skillet; using a wooden spoon, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan.

Add broth, cream and parsley; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.

Return chicken and vegetables to skillet; cook until heated through.
