Place flour and butter into a mixer. Mix. Make sure it is superfine with no lumps of butter. Add 3/4 cup sugar and 2 eggs. Mix again. Rest it for 1 hour in a bowl. 2/3rd Place 2/3 of the dough on a cutting board. Roll it flat thick (5 mm). Roll it around your roller. Unroll it on a pie plate. Trim off except pastry from the edges. Dab the pastry down to tightly cover the plate.

Thaw the cherry packet. Place on a bowl with a sieve on top so the thawed liquid is drained out. Grate an apple. Squeeze juice out. Add to cherry. Drain the mixture if necessary.

Roll a pastry with the rest of the dough. Cut into strips. Make an overlapping lattice with strips on a flat plate (see the video).

Put the cherry apple mix in the whole pie crust. Slide overt he pastry lattice using the plate. Be careful not to disturb the lattice. Trim of excess strips, Prepare egg wash with 1 egg and 2 tbsp water. Brush the top of the pie with the wash.Bake in a 180 deg C oven for 35 minutes. Serve with whisked sweet cream (whisked cream with powdered sugar.
