1Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 pieces. Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Slice garlic cloves. Chop rosemary leaves. De-stem rosemary. Toss them into a ziplock bag with garlic powder, pepper and salt. Toss in the potatoes, shake and rest for 30 min. Put an aluminum foil on an oven tray, place marinated potato in one layer and bake in the oven until brown on top.
