Beat the egg and add with the rest of the ingredients in bowl. Mix while mashing the potato with the back of a spoon. Spread the potato dough between two sheets of baking paper. Roll it flat. Remove the top paper. Cut into rectangular shapes. Free. Fry each hash till browned (2 minutes) in hot oil. Use a pair of tongs.
